3、在(zai)料筒(tong)上包層隔熱(re)保(bao)溫(wen)材料,按照步(bu)驟2將料筒(tong)清潔干凈后(hou),在(zai)料筒(tong)上包上層隔熱(re)保(bao)溫(wen)材料(石棉(mian)或者玻璃纖維均(jun)可),可以(yi)先(xian)做區,區做好后(hou),再做其它區,熟練且經驗豐富者可幾(ji)個加熱(re)區起做 。

4、用(yong)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)布(bu)將(jiang)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)包好,保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的厚度根據使用(yong)的不同(tong)的電磁加(jia)熱控制器的要求來(lai)配,保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)包好后,再用(yong)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)布(bu)(纖維布(bu))或者(zhe)電木(mu)板(ban)(環氧(yang)樹脂板(ban))將(jiang)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)包緊起來(lai),該(gai)步驟主要是(shi)確(que)保(bao)料(liao)(liao)(liao)筒各處(chu)的保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)厚度致,以保(bao)證電磁加(jia)熱的磁場均(jun)。

5、纏繞高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)纜,高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)纜的規(gui)格與(yu)長(chang)度請根據各種(zhong)不(bu)同(tong)型號電(dian)磁加(jia)熱(re)控制器的要求選配,該(gai)步(bu)驟非常關鍵。

6、將線(xian)圈與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控制器(qi)連接(jie)。則將繞好的(de)線(xian)圈與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控制器(qi)連接(jie)好,并(bing)給(gei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控制器(qi)接(jie)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,即可對(dui)設備(bei)進行調(diao)(diao)試(shi),需(xu)注意的(de)是調(diao)(diao)試(shi)過程中要特別(bie)注意測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控制器(qi)的(de)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流與頻率。為(wei)保(bao)證設備(bei)的(de)使(shi)用壽命建議電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流調(diao)(diao)到(dao)額定(ding)工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)80%左(zuo)右(you),如我司(si)2.5KW的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控制板,額定(ding)工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流是12A,則建議調(diao)(diao)到(dao)10A左(zuo)右(you)即可,或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流偏小則可減少線(xian)圈,反之則需(xu)再(zai)增加(jia)(jia)些線(xian)圈。
